Our chosen retreat space is Howgills House, a stunning property nestled in the charming market town of Sedbergh, perfectly situated between the picturesque Lake District and the breathtaking Yorkshire Dales. This beautiful house will be our tranquil haven for the duration of the retreat.

The house boasts a range of inviting spaces, including comfortable bedrooms, spacious dining and lounge areas, relaxing hot tubs, and serene gardens. We'll make use of all these areas for our workshops and activities, ensuring a varied and enriching experience. Additionally, there are plenty of quiet nooks and corners both indoors and outdoors where you can find solitude and enjoy some downtime.

Cost-Effective Shared Room with Private En Suite - £999

If you're interested in fully engaging in the retreat experience by sharing a space with another participant, we provide a discounted rate. You will share the room with just one other individual, have your own bed, and a private ensuite shower or bathroom for both of you. Chances are, you'll leave with a new best friend, which is priceless! Remember, this is the ALL INCLUSIVE price!!

Private Room with En Suite - £1,099

If you appreciate having your own area to relax and begin your day, this option is ideal. Enjoy a luxurious room exclusively for you, featuring a private en-suite (please note ... the room includes twin beds, but you will have the entire space to yourself). Remember, this price is ALL-INCLUSIVE!!

Private Room with Double Bed and En Suite - £1,199

If you value having your own space to unwind and start your day, and desire the added comfort of a double bed, this option is perfect. Experience a luxurious room just for you, complete with a private en-suite. Keep in mind, this price is ALL-INCLUSIVE!!

Exclusive Private Room with Double Bed and En Suite - £1,249

The largest room available! Features a double bed and a day bed with an open-plan design connecting the bathroom to the bedroom. The toilet is enclosed in a cubicle, while the bath and shower are open. Remember, this price covers EVERYTHING!!

Arrival and Welcome

Your journey begins on Monday morning, where you'll be warmly greeted by your hosts, Danie & Kate to check you in and settle you into your rooms. Once everyone has arrived we will share in a welcome ceremony, allowing us the opportunity to get to know each other and relax into the experience.

Saturday Day 1: Reset

Our journey begins with a focus on resetting your mind, body, and spirit. This is your time to disconnect from the daily grind, leaving behind the worries and stresses that often consume us. We'll guide you through a series of activities designed to help you reconnect with your inner self, explore your intentions, and identify the feelings and motivations that brought you to this retreat. This is an opportunity to invest in yourself, to prioritise your well-being, and to embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery.

Sunday Day 2: Recharge

The second day is dedicated to recharging your energy and nurturing your body. We'll indulge in a variety of self-care practices, including massage therapy and other therapeutic experiences. You'll have the chance to explore modalities such as sound healing and breathwork, which can help to restore balance, release tension, and promote deep relaxation. This is a day to pamper yourself, to prioritise your physical and emotional well-being, and to simply enjoy the present moment.

Monday 3: Reconnect

As we move into the third day, our focus shifts to reconnecting with your true self, your aspirations, and your vision for the future. We'll delve into your goals, explore what you want to change or shift in your life, and help you create a roadmap for achieving your dreams. This is a day to clarify your purpose, to tap into your inner wisdom, and to empower yourself to create the life you desire.

Whilst each day has an agenda, some items will be optional such as walks and morning stretch and tone classes. You will also have time to yourself where you can process, journal, read, even snooze should you wish to do so.
